换货和退货

在Hogan.com 上购买的商品可在商品配送后7日内免费退换。
您也可以将在网站上选购的商品退至Hogan 门店。

若您希望更换商品尺寸和/或尺码，请填写随订单确认函邮件附上的《换货表》并发送给我们，同时使用商品配送包装盒内的免费退换快递单将商品退回。
我们收到商品后会立刻将您要求更换的商品发送至您指定的地址。
商品发出后我们将发送电子邮件通知您。

线上退货

若您希望退货，请填写随订单确认函邮件附上的《退货表》并发送给我们，同时使用商品配送包装盒内的免费退换快递单将商品退回。
我们收到并检查商品后会立刻将商品款项以您下单时的付款方式原路径退回，并发送电子邮件通知您。
