Our services for your online shopping
Check out our delivery services on all online orders and if you wish to exchange or return a purchased item, you can use our free exchange and return service within 14 days after delivery.

AVAILABILITY IN BOUTIQUES
You can see the stock availability of each item and book it in our boutiques through the "Find in Boutique" function on all product sheets.

HOME OR BOUTIQUE DELIVERY
When making your purchase, you can choose whether to receive your order at home or to pick it up at one of the Hogan boutiques.

Order tracking
By entering your e-mail address and order number you can monitor the status of your shipment at any time.
EXCHANGES AND RETURNS
If you wish to exchange or return an item purchased online, you can use our free exchange and return service within 14 days from delivery.
Online Exchanges
If you wish to exchange your purchase for a different size, go to the Request an Exchange section; the procedure can also be activated from the Order Summary section into My Account.
RETURN IN BOUTIQUE
At preference, online order returns can also be made by at one of our HOGAN Boutiques (selected stores only).
